How To Sell A Stand Of Trees (Infographic)

Washington County is a good market area for selling timber. A large portion of the county is forested with valuable hardwood trees. The timber can get to a processing facility using Interstate 79 or 70.
Yard trees don’t lend themselves to the harvesting process described in the infographic – there aren’t enough trees in a yard to justify bringing in the necessary equipment.
The area’s hardwood trees are a renewable resource. It helps to manage them sustainably. A well-managed forest can bring cash to landowners today and in the future.
